Our Team
President and CEO of LCG Solution, Mr. Louis-Charles Gauthier is a recognized expert in business analysis. It works with organizations to develop strategic plans and deploy best practices in business analysis and program management. He was notably project manager in a major redesign of programs of the Quebec Ministry of Immigration. Mr. Gauthier holds a master's degree in French literature and has been a business analysis trainer since 2007. With over 20 years of experience in computer science, he is known for his expertise in business analysis and strategic consulting. He founded LCG Solution in 2007 and was a founding member of the Montreal chapter of the IIBA in 2005 and then vice-president and president from 2010 to 2012. He is a sought-after lecturer who has done several conferences with companies and organizations such as the PMI, the IIBA, and to several symposia in Montreal, Quebec, Geneva and Paris (BASF).
Jean Vaillancourt is President of LCG Techno. He holds a Bachelor's degree in mathematical computer science from Université Laval. After a few years as a consultant, Mr. Vaillancourt has worked for the Quebec government from 1987 to 2018 as a developer, functional analyst, webmaster and system architect. Mr. Vaillancourt brings to LCG Solution his expertise in Object-Oriented, web, data modeling and systems, programming, security, GED, architecture and development methodology. In 2003, he co-founded Agrafe Studio, a website creation company. He also participated in the foundation of Kanga Media in 2008.
Gwenaël Guyot is a full-stack developer known for his keen creativity. His various knowledge goes from the design of web application and graphical look to their inner workings. His college education in graphic design and in glass blowing support the methodology and the artistic faculties of his work. Mr. Guyot conceives and fulfills websites since 2016 and web applications since 2018 within LCG Technology with recent technology such as Angular, Laravel and Wordpress.
