Co-President of LCG Solution, Mr. Louis-Charles Gauthier is a recognized expert in business analysis. Co-President of LCG Solution, Jean Lapierre is a recognized expert in strategic management. He is called upon to intervene in critical situations such as recovery of projects. He successfully completed the 2005 FINA World Championship in Montreal. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in corporate organization and structure, as well as a certification in Strategic Planning and Leadership Skills from the Advanced Business Institute of New York. Recognized as an excellent coach, integrator and trusted strategic adviser to senior management, Mr. Lapierre has over 30 years of senior management experience in large corporations and emerging companies. He has supported managers in their infrastructure projects and corporate restructuring to help them achieve their value creation goal. He is a sought after lecturer who has done several conferences with companies and organizations such as PMI, IIBA, BAFS (Paris and Geneva).
